Welcome to Ways to be Mindful! Here users can find a number of different ways to adopt mindfulness into their life and get guidance on how to do so. Any action can be done with mindfulness and here is a helpful source for anyone to start experiencing it right away. Adding your complete awareness to just one activity will considerably enhance the experience. Start with just one activity and if you like it slowly add more ways to be mindful to your life. Small wins will most likely lead to big gains! Of course here at BEAM we are strong advocators of practicing meditation to help one become more mindful but this source is a solid start. Enjoy!
